REMIGIUSZ BRZEZIŃSKI
President of the Board
A major in law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. From 1995, he created the WEC Group from scratch, which today comprises: Kancelaria Prawna – Inkaso WEC S.A., Kancelaria Prawna WEC Wójtowicz i Wspólnicy Sp.k., E-wierzyciel.pl Sp. z o.o., Akademia Przedsiębiorcy WEC Sp. z o.o. and Kancelaria Biegłych Rewidentów WEC Witczak i Wspólnicy Sp. k.
As a business practitioner, he has gained extensive experience in business management. He specialises in the area of legal and financial services for organisations. He has knowledge, backed by many years of business practice, of the legal basis for the functioning of business transactions in Poland. Former member of the Ethics Committee of the Conference of Financial Enterprises in Poland. His experience in the legal regulations concerning the operation of Economic Information Offices and court rulings on debt recovery is a great asset in debt management. He is also active in the local community – he is a member of the RTS Widzew Łódź Association, while the law firm he manages is the main sponsor of the Widzew Academy.
SYLWIA PASTUSIAK-BRZEZIŃSKA
Vice-President of the Management Board
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź with a degree in economics. Graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Financial Management and MBA Managerial Studies at the University of Łódź. She has been professionally involved in the financial sector for 15 years. She gained invaluable experience in management positions related to sales and development of banking products. She worked, among others, in Bank Austria Creditanstalt SA, MultiBank Retail Banking BRE Bank, Bank Pocztowy S.A. and HSBC Polska S.A.
Supervisory Board
Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Krzysztof Pastusiak – graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Higher Merchant School in Łódź. Between 2000 and 2010 he worked in the consumer electronics and white goods industry for Media Markt and MIX Electronics. Since 2011 – Key Account Manager at Panasonic Poland and since 2013 – Sales Manager AVS at SHARP for Eastern and Central Europe (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic and Slovakia). His responsibilities included managing the sales of the SHARP brand in Central and Eastern Europe.
Member of the Supervisory Board – Witold Pastusiak– Holds a higher technical education degree. Graduate of the Faculty of Textiles at the Technical University of Łódź with the title of M.Sc. in Textiles. In 1981-1997, he held the position of Deputy Director and Vice-President of the Management Board at “Syntex” in Łowicz and “Emfor S.A.” in Łódź. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the “Sekom” company in Sępólno Krajeńskie.
Member of the Supervisory Board – Krzysztof Aleksander Dróżdż – a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz, postgraduate studies “Real Estate Market” at the University of Lodz and “Managing a Cooperative Bank” at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as a participant in the manager development program at ICAN Institute. Since 2022, he has been running his individual business in the field of business support. From 2014 to 2022 he worked at the Cooperative Bank in Zgierz as Head of the Commercial Department. From 1995 to 2014, he was associated with Kredyt Bank SA, then Bank Zachodni WBK SA, where he held managerial positions in the area of sales of the SME segment client, among others as Director of the Macroregion, and in the retail segment, among others as Branch Manager. He actively participated in credit processes as a credit decision maker or co-decision maker, and earlier as a credit risk analyst.
Member of the Supervisory Board – Tomasz Wójtowicz– graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. He has held the title of legal adviser since 1999 and the title of legal attorney since 2004. He cooperated as a legal advisor with Kaczmarski Inkaso and Uniqa. Partner in the law firm Paduszyński Wójtowicz – Spółka Partnerska Adwokatów. He currently runs a private law practice.
